All about me

The journey of becoming a mother is one of the most precious, magical and life-changing experiences you will have. As a doula I will be with you and your family every step of the way. I feel inspired to help you transition with as much support, grace and love. I will hold a safe space for you always, during this transformative time.

I will be honoured to be there from bump: birth, and beyond, ensuring most importantly, the continuity of care. I will work one to one with you, providing an informative overview to enable you to have the knowledge and the autonomy to make your own informed decisions.

Guiding you and your birthing partner to feel empowered to trust your own instincts in your antenatal, birth and postnatal care.

After the birth of my daughter, I felt inspired to help others on their birthing journey to enable others to have the best labour and birthing experience as possible. My empathic and natural care giving approach has been developed from caring for babies, and people from a very young age.

I am currently training as a hypnobirthing instructor to empower women/birthing people and their birth partners to create the best birth experience for my clients.

I am especially interested in perinatal mental health, and I have experience working with talking therapies. I trained as a counsellor, working in an integrative person centered approach. I'm now studying transactional analysis therapies, and have worked with clients who have suffered from trauma.

I am passionate about uplifting others and empowering them with their birth rights, and all options available.

I excel on being a good listener, who is perceptive and vigilant. A person who values honesty and loyalty. I am able to provide faith-based support to those who request it.

My calm and gentle presence helps the birthing person to feel comfortable, and well cared for throughout their birth experience.
